 1.⁠ ⁠Scope
This policy applies to all jewelry purchased through our website or via custom orders, both within Colombia and internationally.

 2.⁠ ⁠Right of Withdrawal (Colombia)
In accordance with Colombian law, online purchases are eligible for withdrawal within 5 business days.
This right does not apply to personalized jewelry or items made to the client’s specifications.

 3.⁠ ⁠Returns
• Éude does not accept returns due to change of mind.
• Returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or faults attributable to our production process.
• Pieces must be returned in perfect condition, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by their certificate of authenticity.
• For international purchases, shipping costs related to returns are the customer’s responsibility.
• Any taxes, duties, or customs fees arising from international returns will be borne by the customer.
• The customer assumes all risk and responsibility for loss or damage of the item during shipment until it is received by Éude.

 4.⁠ ⁠Custom Jewelry
• Bespoke jewelry or pieces made to the client’s specifications are unique and non-refundable.
• Returns or repairs will only be accepted in cases of manufacturing defects attributable to Éude.

 5.⁠ ⁠Warranty
• All Éude jewelry is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
• The warranty covers structural issues such as defective settings, clasps, or soldering.
• It does not cover damage caused by improper use, impact, falls, exposure to chemicals, natural wear, or alterations made by third parties.
• Shipping costs related to warranty claims are the customer’s responsibility, both domestically and internationally.

 6.⁠ ⁠Procedure
1. The customer must contact Éude via our official email, providing the order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photographs of the piece.
2. Our team of specialists will evaluate the case and confirm whether the request is valid.
3. If accepted, we will provide detailed shipping instructions.
4. Once received, the piece will be examined by our master jewelers. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Éude will proceed with repair, replacement, or refund, as appropriate.

 7.⁠ ⁠Commitment to Excellence
Every Éude creation is carefully inspected and certified before shipping. In the event of a return or warranty claim, the process will be handled with the utmost confidentiality, care, and respect — reflecting the philosophy of exclusivity and service that defines our Maison.
